The guest will be held liable for any damage to guest house property fixtures and fittings. While every endeavour is made to give you the room of your choice, we reserve the right to change to an alternative if this should become be necessary.
No smoking is permitted in the rooms- there are designated areas for this.

Tiled surfaces may be slippery in humid or wet weather - guests are required to exercise caution when walking on tiles.
Roseland House will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by third parties on the property - guests are cautioned to ensure that valuables are removed from the vehicles.
