Eviction Rights: The owners reserve the right to evict any individual from Rothman Manor’s premises at any time during their stay if they create a nuisance or disturbance to the manager, owners, or other guests.
Access to Facilities: Rothman Manor facilities are exclusively for resident guests. No day visitors are permitted without prior consent from the manager/owner, which will be granted at their sole discretion. Right of admission is reserved.
Child Supervision: Parents are responsible for the supervision, care, and safety of their children at all times.
Age Restrictions: Children under 8 years old are not permitted without prior consent from the management.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. Designated smoking areas are available outside. Violation of this policy will result in a fine of R3000.00.
