It was great with a warm welcoming receptionist.

Hotel was baie netjies en skoon en was voldoende vir 1 aand se oornag. Die parkering is regtig net 'n groot probleem, veral as jy 'n groter voertuig het. Spasie is baie beperk met die pilare wat daar is.

Rustig, maklik en vinnige diens.

Ja, baie, dit was baie beter as wat ek en my man verwag het.

Delightful place.

Royal Ushaka is a small, clean, airy hotel. The rooms are spotless, linen super white. Loved the large windows for light. We found it nice and quiet. We felt extremely safe. The staff are friendly and professional. Will definitely revisit.

Cleanliness and customer service must improve.

It was a lovely room. But the bathroom was very dirty and had a mess on the floor. The sheets were stained and messy, as were the towels. In addition, there were few drinks available for the guests, only Coke.

The place was near Florida where we had dinner. Security is tight. We felt safe.

Near to everything. Very clean.

The only problem was the parking. It was very difficult to park a big car in the parking bays. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience.

I just had an issue with the cockroaches in my room. Not many but here and there. Otherwise, the place is neat and clean. The staff was good. I enjoyed access to public transport to malls and CBD.

Okay, as mens vir so goedkoop as moontlik wil verblyf hê.

Afrit na parkeerarea is baie klein en smal, en mens moet goeie bestuursvernuf hê om dit aan te durf. Kamers was skoon binne en netjies. Die kamer het vreeslik na rook geruik. Die area is nie die netjieste as mens uitkyk by die balkon ens.

Not what I expected.

Lots of noise from other rooms, cigarette smoke coming from other rooms was very disturbing, as I'm asthmatic, our room was a bit small.

Cheap furniture/homeware.

The place has cheap homeware (spoons look like they were bought from China mall) they have coffee stains. Office chair looking more like conference room chairs, only had a single set of pillows which were as hard as bags of cement and they had no soft pillows. The bathroom has nowhere to hang towels or underwear and no cabinets. The rooms have tiles and do not even have mats next to bed. I could go on but...
