Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that our fully self-catering accommodation didn’t meet your expectations. Like our other establishments (and most self-catering stays), we do not provide complimentary tea, coffee, milk, or ice—something clearly stated in our description.
Regarding the keys, we were unaware that you were in need of an extra set of keys, as this was never mentioned. Unfortunately, we only issue one set of keys per booking, which is standard practice.
Recycling bags are conveniently located in the bottom drawer, and the spade is behind the garage—both easy to find. As you had already contacted me multiple times on my cellphone, a quick message would have resolved these minor queries instantly.
As for Stilbaai’s water, it is indeed brackish and not recommended for drinking or ice-making, as noted in the house rules. We always encourage guests to read these to ensure a comfortable stay.
