Ons verkies Rustenburg Palm Lodge omdat dit netjies, skoon is. Ons word vriendelik ontvang sowel as ons vertrek.

The stay was amazing for my colleagues.

Absolutely amazing.

I have enjoyed my stay at Rustenburg Palm Lodge. The food is good and the WiFi signal is strong. The TV signal is very poor. I was in room 9 and don't know about the TV signal in other rooms. There was no bar fridge in room 9.

Stayed, but hey, was bored.

That some rooms don't have fridges or air conditioning. Only 3 TV stations was a big turnoff. The kitchen cannot serve the same breakfast every day. That was also a turn off. The swimming pool rules were also a turn off. You booked, drinks allowed in the pool area, but a bloody expensive cash bar closing at 6, whereas it was hot at night. Night swimming died when?

Daar is ook net 1 stekker vir foonlaaie. Jou haardroër kan nie gelyktydig gebruik word nie.

Gaste om ons het tot 2 uur 3 uur die oggend ure geraas. Hoe kan jy slaap? Die sekuriteit moes iets daaraan doen. Dis sy werk, en daar was niks aan gedoen nie. Die water wat gegee is om te drink by ontbyt het 'n akelige en baie vreemde smaak gehad.

Die personeel was baie vriendelik en behulpsaam. Die atmosfeer was rustig en die kinders het die swembad baie geniet.

Ons moes hospitaalbesoeke aflê en verblyf was verstommend naby aan hospitaal met minder verkeer as wat verwag was.

The stay was peaceful and refreshing.

Stay was nice. Decent breakfast.

The noise of people from the bar was unbereable.

The people were from the bar, they stood next to my door and have their chats there, I was staying in room 4, not ideal for people who are light sleepers. TV had only 4 channels, my granddaughter was frustrated we ended up using my laptop for her to watch movies. The breakfast was very dry, with no tomatoes for the R95 breakfast.

Average stay.

The swimming pool is only open until 7 and it is at a bar. It would be great if there is a swimming pool just for residents only separate from the bar, and you can cool off after work. As a woman travelling for business, I did not feel safe on the premises nor at the swimming pool, located at a bar filled with men drinking heavily. The lock in my room also did not work. Room 25.

Baie netjiese plek, restaurant en kroeg baie netjies, kos was lekker. Baie vriendelike mense.

Simple and clean.

This lodge is more for singles or couples wanting somewhere to sleep and drink. Not really for kids. We were there for an event and just needed somewhere to stay but unfortunately, I wouldn't return with my kids. I feel a hotel where the 4 of us could stay in the room with breakfast was rated at the same price, in a better area, without drunk people walking past your room until late hours of the night.

Hulle is vriendelik. Kamers skoon en netjies. Ligging nie baie goed nie, vreeslik lawaaierig in die nag. Die ontbyt en aandete was heerlik.

As ons nie voor die tyd betaal het nie, sou ons nie daar gebly het nie.

Geen WiFi password is voorsien nie! 2 dae gebly en nie dag 2 nuwe handdoek ontvang nie. Foto's en wat jy kry nie dieselfde nie.

I enjoyed my stay at Palm Lodge with my friend and the restaurants and bar in the lodge are a plus for me, unfortunately, we only stayed one night, I can't wait to be back for the second time.

Met aankoms was almal vriendelik. Plek is skoon en netjies. Lekker warm water in shower. Rustige nagte gehad.

Personeel vriendelik en behulpsaam, genoeg parkering, kos was heerlik.

Raserig, restaurant se diens is aaklig.

Ek het gevra vir slaapplek vir 4 mense in een vertrek, ons is toe in 2 groepe opverdeel en moes self die matras oordra (wat skaars gepas het) sodat my ander kinders by ons kon slaap. By die restaurant weier hulle om jou bestelling te neem, jy moet self gaan smeek vir jou kos by die toonbank. Die plek was vol mense wat teen 10 uur die oggend al begin drink het, baie raserig en skree-erig was en dit het tot laat in die aand aan gegaan. Dit was uithoudbaar warm en sou regtig aanbeveel dat hulle lugversorgers in die kamers sit want die een klein waaiertjie het nie regtig die taak verrig nie.

Restaurant average, room nice with good bed and clean linen, curtains old and worn, only one sachet coffee and tea per person and one sachet milk per person. Bathroom - clean towels, bath seal worn and leaking, shower did not work, vanity edging fallen off, vanity tap was loose, toilet paper holder falling apart. Pool and pool bar were great even after major rains. Guests coming back at three Sunday morning were rowdy and nothing was done about it, noise lasted till 04:30. Bathroom and noise of guests given above were major disappointment and availability of tea and coffee was poor.

This is a hotel with a restaurant with a bar and pool.

This is a bed and breakfast hotel. Not suitable for someone wanting to go self-cater. No fridge or microwave in the room, only a kettle. Room is cleaned every day, even on Sundays. Reception service is excellent. Not really suitable for children, not even the pool area since there is a bar at the pool. We were safe, although we did not feel completely safe, due to people coming and going. The parking is safe and behind a security gate with a security guard at night. If you need to stay over with friends, it is suitable since the restaurant has a good menu and with company, it could be a nice stay. Proper hotel rooms.

Goeie fasiliteite, hoef nie die perseel te verlaat om te gaan drink of eet nie.

Lekker swembad. Kroeg by swembad. Lekker restaurant - vriendelike diens. Goeie kos by restaurant. Ruim kamers. Veilige parkering.

There was no mini bar fridge in the room and swimming pool was dirty.

Die kamers is skoon en netjies gewees.

Dit was bevredigend.

Dit sou net lekker gewees het as daar 'n klein yskas in die kamer was. Dit was baie warm in Rustenburg en kon ons nie eers ons koeldranke koud hou nie. Die wasbak se kraan lek ook. Kan nie heeltemal toedraai nie.

Ontbyt was nie reg toe ons wou eet nie en mense was ongeskik.

Het al drie keer daar gebly en het nou 'n baie onaangename experience gehad.

Swak.

Ons moes vra watter rigting om heen te gaan toe ons ingeklok het. Die sakkies vir koffiegeriewe het net een 'n koffie ingehad. Daar was na 23:00 geraas in die gange met mense wat ongelooflik hard gepraat het. Ons het met inklok gevra watter tyd ontbyt bedien word, en ons was gesê 07:00. Vanoggend toe ons daar kom het hulle gesê dis 08:00. Ons het planne rondom hierdie tye gemaak. Dus kon ons nie wag vir 08:00 vir ontbyt nie. Kliëntediens is swak. Ten minste was die kamer skoon.

It was an awesome stay. Quiet, peaceful, really enjoyable.

I would recommend it to anyone. The food, specifically the burger, was delicious. The lady at the bar was absolutely friendly and welcoming. It's such a vibe.

Kamers geskik vir sakereis vir 'n paar dae. Skoon en netjies. Sentraal geleë en veilig.

Had the best stay. the service is excellent.

Good customer service. The rooms are clean and breakfast is served right on time. We had a great time.

Grateful that I was safe and nearer to my destination but otherwise I did not sleep peacefully cos of the noise.

I guess due to the fact I was desperate and I needed an overnight stay, I had no option but to take the next available place. But to be honest, due to the noise from the group that evening, I would hesitate to advise someone who needs a quiet place to spend. Rules and regulations compromise the place.

For only that one night it was fantastic. The welcoming was awesome.

The only thing that I have realised is that there was no fridge in the room to store our drinks and foods and TV channels were limited.

The lodge has a nice pool bar, and restaurant.

Had a lovely stay at Rustenburg Palm Lodge. It's just a short distance away from Sun City with friendly staff and a clean room. The breakfast every morning was an unexpected surprise and the food fantastic.

Vriendelike diens, plek mooi skoon, geregporsies bietjie aan die klein kant vir 'n groot ou. Sal weer daar boek in die toekoms.

Dit is baie netjies en skoon.

Ons was net baie teleurgesteld met die ontbyt se wagtyd. Ons het nie ons ontbyt saam geniet nie, want ons was eerste en het eerste bestel, maar ons as ouers het ons ontbyt na 35 minute eers gekry en mense wat na ons gekom het, het toe reeds hulle ontbyt ontvang. Ons kinders het hul ontbyt eers 07:47 ontvang en ons het juis 07:00 gegaan omdat ons reeds 8:00 op ander plek moes wees. Hulle kan definitief aan die wagtyd vir ontbyt werk.

Our accommodation was great. Most pleasant experience. Thank you for the upgrade to self-catering. Place was clean, people were friendly and over all was a good experience. Foodworx meals were delicious and tasty, definitely will revisit!

The was no electricity and no one cared to expain to us why.

Bad customer service. Will not recommend it to anyone.
