Upon arrival our room was not ready. There were still some visitors in the room. This was with upfront discussion to check in at 13:00. Another room was given to us that was not cleaned. There was no microwave, kettle, cutlery, etc. This was only provided on our return from the function. Although the host tried to assist, it was not good enough. We were very disappointed in the accommodation. Our family stayed over at another guest house, which was totally opposite.
