During their stay, guests should please be mindful of the neighbours and avoid loud music or excessive noise. This property is not suitable for parties or functions.

Although the property is pet-friendly, please keep the following rules in mind:
- Only a maximum of two well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval.
- Pets are not allowed on the beds or the furniture, please bring their own beds, bedding and feeding bowls.
- Your pet must not be a nuisance to the neighbours and must be on a leash once guests leave the property. - Guests need to clean up after their pets even outside in the garden.
