The only request might be for flat sheets in the summer - it gets too hot for the duvets. One can of course buy tokens for the air conditioning as well, which we didn't do. The balcony with sea view is a big plus. The building has a lift and there is a luggage trolley which helps a lot. There is open parking upstairs with a security gate and security guard (again very friendly), as well as secure parking under the building.
