Please treat the holiday home with the same respect and care you would expect for your own property.
To maintain a peaceful environment, parties are strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation.
Guests are kindly asked to bring their own bathroom, swimming pool, and beach towels.
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
Cleaning services are available upon request at an additional daily cost.
Toiletries are not provided, except for toilet paper.
Guests are requested to refrain from feeding the wildlife, including monkeys and buck.
For your peace of mind, an advanced security system is in place to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. Please use the alarm system and ensure that the trellis doors are securely closed when leaving the property or retiring for the night.
