Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests should please adhere to the rules of the estate while staying at the villa.
The entrance fee for 2 vehicles is included, however, any additional vehicles will be charged at R100 per vehicle.
The estate is not suitable for motorcycles unless previously arranged with the estate.
Linen is provided and only replaced for stays of longer than 5 days.
A basic cleaning service is provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. If guests require any extra cleaning, this can be provided by arrangement and at an additional cost.
Bath towels are provided and replaced every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged at an extra fee.
Guests need to bring along their own beach towels.
No smoking is permitted in the villa.
The villa is not suitable for pets.
An admin fee may be applied for refunds of any cancellations that take place.
South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped and left the estate without power for a day. We are not able to predict these events and this is out of our control. Please come prepared.
Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming.
The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with the water supply on the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict their water supply but will notify our guests should there be an expected problem.
Please note we can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances, instances mentioned, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.
