Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Kindly be advised that the entrance to the property is accessed via stairs.
In line with the rules of the estate, this property can only accommodate 4 people.
An entrance fee for 2 vehicles is included in the rate, however, any extra vehicles will be charged an additional cost per vehicle.
Armbands for beach entry are available at an additional cost per person.
Linen is provided and only replaced for stays of longer than 5 days.
Bath towels are provided and replaced every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Guests need to bring along their own beach towels.
Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged at an extra fee.
No smoking is allowed in the unit.
The villa is not suitable for pets.
During low season, a basic cleaning service is provided on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If guests require any extra cleaning, this can be provided by arrangement and at an additional cost.
During the mid- or high seasons, a cleaning service is provided daily except for Sundays or public holidays.
By booking this unit, guests accept the terms and conditions as well as the house rules of the estate that will be visited.
Guests may not sublet this property.
The estate does not allow motorcycles unless prior arrangements have been made directly with the estate.
No payments can be made at the estate and should be settled before arrival; during December and January, the bookings should be settled 1 month prior to arrival.
An admin fee may be applied for refunds of any cancellations that take place.
South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped and left the estate without power for a day. We are not able to predict these events and this is out of our control. Please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply in the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict their water supply but will notify our guests should there be an expected problem. We can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.
