San Lameer Villa 2202 is a double-storey villa situated in the tranquil San Lameer Estate, a premier golfing estate in Southbroom. This 3-bedroom villa accommodates 6 guests and offers partial sea views from the bedrooms upstairs.

The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a basin, and a toilet. The second bedroom contains 2 queen-size beds and the third bedroom has a bunk bed. These rooms share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower.

The living area, as well as the kitchen, are located downstairs. The living area has air conditioning and the kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer. The dining area features a dining table for 6 and the living area offers comfortable couches and a TV. The villa opens onto a private patio with an outdoor dining set and built-in braai area.
