San Lameer Villa 2307 is an exclusive self-catering villa located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas and direct access to 2 blue flag beaches.
This tastefully designed villa can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the other bedrooms are furnished with a double bed or 2 single beds. All bedrooms have aircons. The first bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The last bathroom is fitted with a shower-over-bath, toilet and washbasin. Quality linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The living area features a lounge, a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tea- and coffee-making facilities and cutlery and crockery. The dining area is furnished with a dining table suitable for 8 guests. The lounge area is furnished with comfortable couches, a coffee table and a TV with DStv.
Through the sliding door is a patio that comprises a comfortable couch, a picnic table, and a free-standing braai and boasts a view of the leafy San Lameer Estate and a dam. Access to free secure parking is available.
