Wonderful. Will be back. We had a beautiful stay! Lovely villa, beautiful facilities - can't fault it. Only issue was the customer service at the pool. In all our years of visiting the accommodation they have not really kept up with the times or made any improvements.

Villa 3112 is a lovely unit and real value for money. We enjoyed our holiday! We enjoyed our stay at Villa 3112. The unit is lovely. However, on arrival we found another car had parked in our parking bay. We also had to call the maintenance guy out as all the blinds in the lounge would not roll up and the fan didn't work properly. Luckily, he managed to sort both issues out. The double bed in the main room upstairs was way too firm for me, and in fact, I could not sleep on it at all and ended up on the comfy couch in the lounge for the duration of our stay. Also, the window and door in the downstairs bedroom could not open at all, so there was no fresh air in that room.

Indeed, the blinds have a standard pull-string operation, and we're glad he could demonstrate their use. Regarding the mattress, as you mentioned, it is a standard hospitality mattress, and we understand that personal comfort preferences can vary. We're happy you were able to find a comfortable alternative on the lounge couch. We did check the downstairs bedroom after your departure but were unable to identify why the window and door wouldn't open. Nevertheless, we are glad that overall, the unit was pleasing for you.
