22:00 to 06:00 is a quiet time and no noise should be made. The estate management may levy a made.
A fine for noise disturbance of R1000 which we will be obliged to collect.
Please do not play music on issued should any of the patios, or make any disturbance as sound travels. This includes the stairways and walkways.
