Sand Plover 85 is an exquisite self-catering holiday home located within a private nature reserve in Grotto Bay along Cape Town’s West Coast. Even though, this estate is remote, the home is situated within walking distance from a private beach as well as many pathways which offer an abundance of wildflowers and natural fynbos.
This villa can comfortably accommodate 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms. All 4 bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed; however, the main suite occupies the loft space and is very spacious with a beautiful ocean view. The en-suite bathrooms are either fitted with a shower or a bath and a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The bright and airy open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher is also available in the scullery. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table where all guests can enjoy their meals together. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a flat-screen TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
Through the stacking doors is an L-shaped wooden deck with an outdoor lounge space as well as a built-in braai which is a great spot for a sundowner. This patio leads down to a lovely swimming pool area with sun loungers which is great for those hot summer days. Guests are afforded secure parking on the property.
