This spacious flatlet is located between the owners’ main house and the main rental house but has a private entrance. The unit can accommodate 4 adults and features an open-plan sleeping area. The bedroom area contains a king-size bed, and 1 child under the age of 12 can be accommodated on the sleeper couch. The second adjacent bedroom is furnished with a double bed. A shower, a toilet, and a washbasin are available in the en-suite bathroom. Linen and bath towels are provided. The unit features a kitchen equipped with a 2-plate stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery, as well as a 4-seater table and chairs. For guests’ entertainment, a TV with full DStv channels is available in the unit, as well as free Wi-Fi. An outdoor braai can be arranged on request.

Description
This home can accommodate 6 adults and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a guest toilet. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a three-quarter bed, while the second bedroom contains a king-size bed. Both bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. There is a double sleeper couch in the common area for 1 adult or 2 children. Linen and bath towels are provided. Each bedroom opens onto a balcony area that is continuous between the two bedrooms. The balcony area is sheltered from the wind and ideal for watching the sunset. The open-plan living area features a kitchen well-equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery. A washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher are also available in the separate scullery. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining area, a cosy lounge with comfortable seating, and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. This home also has an indoor braai area with stunning sea views.
