My safety was looked after and I will stay there again.

The security at the entrance is not well trained in how to receive guests. I was there to check in and biometrics could not be completed as the systems were down. But otherwise, I appreciated the strict security and will definitely stay again in room 809. Very quiet. Stephane was very accommodating and helpful in getting the TV working.

The room was excellent. I enjoyed my stay.

I enjoyed my stay. Beautiful place and very clean. Only one thing that made us unhappy. One of the security ladies at the reception had a very bad attitude. My partner was struggling to get in. They took their time to sort out the numbers on his driver's licence.

I am just going to be honest and say this is undoubtedly the worst booking I have ever made. I would highly advise against booking this place. The security is arrogant, and the host is also very unprofessional. They literally switched off electricity in the apartment I was staying in for more than 12 hours because I brought a guest in 40 minutes after curfew (10 pm). I had to spend the whole morning mopping water from the fridge. We waited for over an hour to check in because they hadn't captured our details on the system.

The check-in procedure was terrible. I think the host or agent did not alert the cleaners or security to my arrival, even though I sent through all my paperwork 24 hours ahead of my stay. The apartment was not clean, particularly the oven and stove. There was broken glass in the living room rug. I think there might have been dust mites in the apartment as well. The noise at street level is horrendous, especially when the generators kick in, and it's difficult to sleep.
