House Rules

This camp does not accept cash.

All visitors over 18 years old will be required to produce an identity document, passport or alternative valid identification e.g. driver’s licence card for scanning upon entering/exiting the Parks.
A standard daily conservation fee of R170 for foreign visitors, R100 for SADC nationals with a valid passport, and R50 for South African Citizens and Residents with ID, will be required on entry to the park.

South Camp:
07:00 to 18:00
Guests arriving after 18:00 should report to the main gate at South Camp where a security officer will assist with check-in.

Wilderness Ebb-and-Flow reception office closes at 17h30:
Please note that the closing time for reception office at Wilderness Ebb-and-Flow is 17h30. Late arrivals after 17h30 will be assisted at our Main Entry Gate, South Camp. Serpentine Bridge Gate no longer serves as entry gate to Ebb-and-Flow South Camp. It is a service gate only.

Roller blades and skateboards are prohibited.
No bait, shells, driftwood or any other organism, living or dead, may be removed from the Garden Route National Park.
Powerboats are not permitted on the river at Nature’s Valley.
Pets are not allowed in a national park.
The use of drones inside (and over) our national parks is strictly prohibited.

For the campsites:
Some sites at Ebb & Flow Rest Camp are equipped with 220v power points. These power points are for caravan plugs only; to be able to use a normal 3-point plug you need the applicable adapter.
Pre-approval must be obtained from management if additional tents are required on the campsite.
As outdoor lighting in camps is limited, a torch/headlamp is required when walking outside at night.

Cancellation Policy - Custom

Cancelling or downgrading of a reservation 45 days or less prior to, or on, arrival will result in cancellation fees according to a sliding scale, based on the total reservation cost, which varies between 50% and 100%.
