Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R10000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests must sign a copy of the booking form detailing the terms and conditions applicable to their booking, which the property will send for signature.
An additional refundable security deposit is requested and is to be paid before check-in, which will be at the property's discretion. This will be refunded within 12 hours after check out, less any applicable damages or penalties for contraventions of the house rules.
No parties or unauthorised events will be hosted at the property during the booking.
Strictly no pets allowed, unless approved upfront and with an additional damages deposit being applicable.
No noise is allowed after 20:00 pm out of consideration for your immediate neighbours.
No additional visitors are permitted without advance written permission from the host.
No smoking is allowed on the property, only outside. No littering.
No tampering with the CCTV cameras is allowed.
A separate cleaning fee is not charged; however, if guests leave the place in an untidy and unclean manner including unwashed dishes, additional cleaning costs will be incurred.
Any guests not respecting the house rules may be asked to vacate the premises immediately, without a refund.
