The unit can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children at a time and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and uses a shared bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. A child-only sleeper couch for 2 children provides additional sleeping arrangements in the lounge; however, linen for the couch is not provided, and guests are advised to bring their own. All other linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The bright and airy open-plan living area features a kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Additionally, a washing machine and ice maker are also available for added convenience. The lounge has a comfortable L-shaped couch, a wall-mounted Smart TV with streaming services, and access to complimentary Wi-Fi.
