No pets is allowed.
No washing may be hung on the front patio.
No music is allowed to be played on the patio or corridors.
22:00 to 06:00 is a quiet.
A fine will be issued if any of the house rules is broken.
The patio awnings are only to be used when there is a light breeze. If the wind increases or you are going to leave the apartment, please wind the awning back and do not leave it extended as it will be damaged.
The frameless sliding doors are to be opened and moved slowly, one panel at a time. Please use the stretch cord to secure them from banging in the wind when in the open position. Any questions, please ask before causing damage.
