Sauvignon Serenity is a cosy studio unit located on the owner's property in Somerset West. The property is within easy reach of Somerset Mall, Strand Beach, and the R44 en route to beautiful wine estates, excellent restaurants, and Stellenbosch.

This open-plan unit is suitable for 2 adults with a child and is furnished with a double bed as well as a child-only sleeper couch. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet.

There is a well-equipped kitchen that includes a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine. Additionally, the unit has a 2-seater dining table, a TV, and ample cupboard space.
