Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration for other vehicles in the neighbourhood.
Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the backyard of the property.
Parties and events are not allowed.
Additional visitors are not permitted on the property.
Kindly note that eating and drinking in the bedrooms is not allowed. Please enjoy your meal in the Kitchen/Lounge area or outside.
Please wash the dishes and dispose of the garbage in the trash bin before checking out.
Small pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
Please ensure that you turn off the lights, air-conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to your hosts.
Ensure the umbrella is tied up.
Having a braai on the artificial lawn is not allowed.
Be respectful to neighbours at all times.
