Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A cleaning service can be arranged in advance at an extra cost for during your stay. This service does not include cleaning and ironing of laundry. The costs of this service can be paid directly to the owner upon arrival.
Guests must bring their own beach towels. Towels provided are only for use in the apartment.
Clean linen and clean towels are provided every 5 days for long stays.
No pets are allowed.
No loud noise or music is allowed - especially no boom boxes.
No parties are allowed in the apartment.
No sleeping on sofas is allowed.
Extra people will pay extra per person.
No smoking in the apartment - only on the balcony and downstairs at the braai area is allowed.
The children may only use the swimming pool under the parents' supervision.
