Breakage Deposit

A cash cleaning fee is required at an additional cost upon arrival, the host will advise guests on the cost.
Excessive cleaning or damage to towels or linen will be deducted from the deposit and guests must please leave the units in the clean and neat state as they found it when checked-in.
Late check-outs will be charged at an additional cost.
Only the booked and paid number of guests are allowed at a booked property.
Extra guests arriving will be charged the full per-person rate per night.
Guests must bring own swimming towels.
