Sea Kaya is 50 m from the beach and offers convenient accommodation for a family or group of friends. It is near numerous shops, restaurants and within easy reach of activities and attractions. JBay Surf Village is a minute's stroll away.

The house comprises 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests at a time. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and the third and fourth bedrooms have a queen-size bed in each. The fifth bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is another bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin, and there is an outdoor shower with warm water.

The kitchen is equipped with everything guests will need for self-catering including a stove and oven, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities and 2 fridges, ideal for longer stays. There is an 8-seater dining room table where guests can enjoy meals together.

The lounge area has comfortable seating and a TV with DStv on request. Complimentary Wi-Fi.

There is a covered braai area closed in with glass sliding doors, ideal for windy days, or to sit in the sun in the afternoon. There is a large table on the patio, where you can sit and enjoy the ocean, even dolphins if you're lucky.

The house is equipped with a modern alarm system and armed response for added security. There is a caretaker who lives on the property.
