Nice stay with just a few buts.

WiFi was working, but with an appalling download speed. Impossible to view any video or live content, pity during holidays. Communication between CTHA and the website needs improvement - we had informed the website of our arrival time, but no one from CTHA was there for keys and handover as they had not been notified.
