House Rules
LED lights are installed in all rooms. For safety reasons, please refrain from using candles, gas, or generators. Guests are welcome to bring a solar inverter.
Due to safety precautions, no wood fires are allowed in the indoor fireplace. However, charcoal is permitted. Firewood and charcoal can be purchased at local convenience stores. Please use the outdoor 'fire-pit' for braais.
Two black wheelie rubbish bins are available by the washing line. Please place all rubbish in two black bin bags. Utilize the outside washing line for wet laundry.
Quiet time is observed from 24:00 PM to 5:30 AM.
Pets are generally not allowed on the property, except on rare occasions and by special request. Animals must not be left unattended, and they need to be house-trained. Please clean up after the dog and place it in a bag, and dispose of it in the black bins provided. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms.
There is a designated parking bay for 1 car only. There is no additional space for boats or trailers.
No social events, commercial photography, or filming is allowed.
During loadshedding, Wi-Fi backup power is available, along with LED lights and a gas burner.
