Description
Seabreeze 7 is a charming ground-floor apartment located in a secure complex, situated in Shaka's Rock and is 300 m from the beach.
This apartment can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite with a shower-over-bath, basin, and toilet, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. Linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, In addition, there’s also a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer for guests' convenience. It extends to the dining table and further opens up to the lounge furnished with comfortable couches and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Guests have access to Wi-Fi.
Through the sliding doors of the lounge, guests walk out to the patio with a well-maintained garden and patio furniture - there is no private braai.
Guests can make use of the communal swimming pool which is fully fenced and secure for children. Guests are afforded secure parking on the premises in an open parking bay in front of the garage.
