Four12 is situated in the popular avenues of Melkbosstrand and is within walking distance from the main beach, many highly rated restaurants to choose from, and a multitude of shops and other businesses.

The SeaBreeze Cottage is part of the main house but also completely separate. The owners of the property permanently live in the main house on the upper level and SeaBreeze Cottage on the ground level. The cottage has a separate entrance. The cottage offers an ensuite bedroom with a queen bed and, a full bathroom with bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The large open-plan living area provides a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and lounge. The kitchen features a fridge, microwave, double induction, air fryer and enough cutlery and crockery.

There is a queen size sleeper couch in the lounge providing sleeping space for up to 2 children. Seabreeze has a separate Braai area, the Braai area has a table with 4 chairs and a 3 seater couch to sit comfortably and enjoy a glass of wine while looking over the lovely garden. Seabreeze has access to the garden.

Guests have complimentary Wi-Fi, and the flat-screen TV has prime video.

There are security cameras around the outside of the property.

The cottage has 2 dedicated off-street parking and is only 100 m from Melkbosstrand’s main beach.
