House Rules
You use the premises and all equipment at your own risk and will not hold Etna's Southern Tip (Pty) Ltd or the homeowners responsible for any losses or damages during your stay.
If you exceed the permitted number of tenants (children included), or cause a disturbance by having loud parties, you will be required to vacate the property immediately.
No 21st, Matric or loud parties are allowed.
Right of admission reserved by management.
No under 21s without proper adult supervision allowed.
Make sure of your choice as you cannot change houses on arrival.
No axes for chopping wood allowed.
No furniture may be moved around under any circumstances.
Use the alarm system of the house/flat as explained in the booklet or by the agent when you check-in.
If your house is pet-friendly, note that pets are not allowed on any furniture.
Full payment must clear Etna’s Bank account before the keys can be handed over.
No refund for shortened stays.
Check-in time: 14:00 and check-out time 10:00.

The cottage is serviced each morning by the housekeeper, Veronica. Seaview apartment is at the back of Seacliff with its own entrance and is also rented out to guests. You can rent Seaview and Seacliff together for groups of up to 14 people. The 2 units share a parking area and there is parking for 3 cars at Seacliff.
