Smoking is prohibited at the property.
This is a domestic home in a domestic village, noise levels are to be kept accordingly.
Fireworks are not allowed Zinkwazi is in a conservancy belt and fireworks are illegal.
Servicing is included except for Sundays and Public holidays which is an optional extra, no staff work on 25th Dec & 1 Jan.
