Description

SeaHouse is a lovely double storey house situated in St James, offering guests comfortable self-catering accommodation within easy reach of the beach. It is an ideal option for a couple or a small family seeking holiday accommodation. It is a light, bright, uncluttered, rustic (shabby chic), authentic beach house, with incredible sea and mountain views.

Accommodation is offered in seperate 2 apartments, the ground floor and the first floor (Sealoft), which can comfortably accommodate either 3 (Sealoft), or 6 guests (downstairs) in each (the entire house can also be booked and houses 9 people). The rooms are each furnished with either a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, or a single bed. The bathrooms are fitted with shower facilities.

Each apartment includes a kitchen equipped with self-catering facilities. The ground floor apartment opens onto a patio/deck with outdoor seating and braai facilities, while the first floor apartment opens onto a balcony/upper deck with outdoor seating, umbrella/shade sail and braai facilities.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available to guests during their stay.

Cars are parked on the steep road below, requiring a walk up a winding, tree-lined path to reach the house. Cameras and overnight security monitoring and patrolling help to make it a safe area and low risk car parking.

Please note that this is a quiet and close neighbourhood, no loud noise/music after 1030 pm.
