Extra Fees

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Bedding is not allowed to be used outdoors.
Please do not jump on the furniture.
Guests are fully responsible for everything in the unit.
Please ensure all dishes are done and the dustbins are empty on the day of departure.
No pets are allowed.
Please note this is a non-smoking unit.
The breakage fee will be charges of there are any signs of cigarettes and cigarette smoke in the unit.
Guests must bring their own towels, hand towels, washing liquids and toiletpaper.
A refundable breakage deposit must be paid directly to the establishment. It is charged separately from the quote and the owner of the establishment will contact guests when the quote is accepted.
Please make sure that vehicles don't leak oil onto the cement. Oil marks, dirty dishes and full rubbish bins will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
