Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
There are strict noise policies in place and guests should please refrain from excessive noise and playing loud music.
Please note that only the number of guests booked is allowed to make use of the premises.
Only 1 parking bay per vehicle is permitted and is available on the premises.
Parties and non-compliant functions and gatherings are prohibited.
Garbage is disposed of at the disposal area at the lower gate entrance.
The entrance to the pool is via the ground floor. Only guests that occupy the holiday flats are allowed to use the main pool.
The apartment is completely smoke-free. Failure to adhere to this will forfeit the guest's breakage deposit.
No pets are allowed in the apartment.
Damages and breakages must be reported to the manager.
Linen stains, sunscreen stains, and upholstery stains will be charged for.
On departure, the apartment must be left in the same condition as on arrival.
