The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the upper floor, with an additional guest toilet. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are kindly requested to bring their own beach towels.

The open-plan living area includes a modern kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A central breakfast bar with stools provides additional seating. The lounge offers ample comfortable seating and a TV with a full bouquet of DSTV channels.
