Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R4850 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests are required to bring their own bath- and swimming towels.
No smoking allowed in die apartment.
No pets allowed.
Please bring beach umbrellas.
No parties, functions or any additional guests allowed that would be staying over.
Guest are to take care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition.
No shoes on the sofa or beds and please refrain from putting any feet on the coffee tables.
Guests are responsible for their own cleaning, like the dishes, to empty the fridge, to dispose rubbish, to remove al perishable food and to clean the braai area and utensils.
Guests can be charged extra if they do not leave the apartment in a clean condition.
There is a returnable breakage deposit, as well as a security deposit to be paid.
Before departure guests must please inform the owner or staff of any breakages or damages before they leave.
