Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

Please note, the Cottage is accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
The daily cleaning service comprises of doing the dishes and cleaning the units; laundry is, unfortunately, not included.
Parties are not allowed.
Guests are not allowed to smoke in the house.
No music or noise is allowed after 10pm. Please respect the neighbors.
Space please and throw the rubbish in the allocated bins.
If any damage is noticed after check-out, guests will be held liable and the costs will be deducted from guests' deposit.
Frik and Rienie have full authority to ask guests to leave the premises if the rules are not obeyed.
