Please note that you will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by management upon booking.
There is an un-gated and uncovered swimming pool and fish pond/water feature. Guests to take due care, especially with children.
No parties of any kind, loud music, or drunken behaviour that may cause disturbance to neighbours will be tolerated. Please be considerate.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the house. No drugs are allowed on the premises, including cannabis.
Additional guests other than the number of guests confirmed in the booking are not permitted.
The guest responsible for the booking will be held liable for any breakages and missing goods.
Guests are to ensure that all doors and windows are locked at night or when leaving the premises and that appliances are turned off.
Guests found engaging in illegal activities will be asked to leave immediately, without a refund.
By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by the above-mentioned terms and conditions.
The unit is serviced on a daily basis between 11 am - 13 pm. Laundry facilities are available at an additional cost.
Firewood is available for purchase on the premises.
