Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R200 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

- Unfortunately, no cats are allowed. Guests are required to bring bedding for their dogs. Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed and the dogs need to be house trained and are not allowed on the furniture. Dogs need to be on leashes when walking on the beach.
- Cleaning can be arranged on Tuesdays and Saturdays at an extra fee. This needs to be arranged when the booking is made.
- Full payment is required before checking in.
- No noise is allowed after 22:00.
- No breakage fee is required but it is expected of guests to replace anything that they broke or damaged.
- Irresponsible and inconsiderate behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Guests are expected to leave the property the same way they received it.
- No smoking is allowed inside the house. Guest must please not throw their cigarette buds on the lawn.
- Guests are required to bring their own beach towels. The towels in the home are not allowed to be taken to the beach.
