Shanthi Apartment 1 is a lovely self-catering apartment located on the first floor, just 500 m from the beach in Ballito. Ideal for guests seeking a holiday getaway close to the sea and within easy walking distance to the 4km Ballito promenade, shops, and restaurants.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, offering 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is also furnished with a queen-size bed, and the guest bathroom includes a shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
The open-plan living area boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, as well as cutlery and crockery. For added convenience, there's a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a dishwasher.
