Shanthi Apartment 5 is a lovely self-catering apartment located on the 2nd floor, just 500m from the beach in Ballito. Ideal for guests seeking a holiday getaway close to the sea and within easy walking distance to the 4km Ballito promenade, shops, and restaurants.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, offering 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is also furnished with a queen-size bed, and the guest bathroom includes a shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

The open-plan living area boasts a kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, as well as cutlery and crockery. For added convenience, there's a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a dishwasher. The lounge is furnished with comfortable couches, features a TV with DStv, and opens to a balcony with additional seating and a charcoal braai, perfect for enjoying the sunset. Wi-Fi access is provided.

A generator in the apartment block ensures power is provided to the lights, fans, fridge, plugs, and TV.

Guests enjoy full access to the complex’s communal rooftop swimming pool and braai area. A single allocated parking space is provided, along with limited unallocated guest parking in the secure complex.
