Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The property has a low noise and music policy which applies to every day, 24 hours a day with no exception. Music and hi-fi systems are not permitted outside the unit. No Loud noise and/or music are allowed between 22:00 and 07:00. Penalties or fines may be imposed by the Body Corporate and guests may be asked to leave the reserve.
No refunds will be processed in this case.
Breakage deposits will be refunded 5-7 days after check-out. It is the guest’s responsibility to provide us with banking details for the refund.
All windows and doors need to be closed when the lodge is not occupied. Entry by wild animals, and baboons resulting in damages and extra cleaning will be for the tenant's account. This will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
Firewood may not be collected from the surrounding bush.
No domestic pets are allowed.
Guests accept that the management of the reserve, homeowners and agents do not accept liability for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused by animals, weather conditions, injury, power cuts, fire or theft of any kind.
The speed limit on roads is strictly 25km/h
In the Cyferfontein camp where the lodge is situated, you may only traverse in a green game drive vehicle. Should you prefer not to rent a Green Game Drive vehicle, you may still do so in your own private vehicle but then you would need to access the park with your private vehicle at the main entrance for Mabalingwe. Please ensure you understand this before confirming your reservation. Liaise with your hostess upfront should this arrangement not suit you.
