House Rules
Guests should familiarise themselves with the load-shedding schedule and water shortages. There is however limited backup to prevent these issues.
Please note there are cats and dogs on the premises.
The units are equipped with spotlights and rechargeable globes; however, limited backup power is available during load-shedding hours (during the evenings only). Please note that there is a limited backup water supply (JoJo tank) and guests are kindly asked to use water sparingly.
Remember to switch the air conditioning off when leaving the unit to avoid fines. Please ensure the aircon is turned off during loadshedding to prevent depletion of the battery backup.(should you utilize the air-conditioning please use it sparingly, by putting it on a timer)
Smoking is prohibited inside the units, and violating this rule will result in a fine. Smoking is allowed on the verandah and in the boma braai and pool area, with the condition that an ashtray is used.
No parties are allowed.
Please maintain low noise levels and note that only booked guests are permitted on the premises. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in guests being asked to leave the premises.
Should you require laundry services or wish to have your unit serviced at an additional cost, please inform the host at least 24 hours in advance. Note that servicing is unavailable on Sundays or public holidays.
