House Rules

Children under the age of 10 can, unfortunately, not be accommodated.

Shindzela is an eco-friendly camp, and makes use of solar power and gas energy; the tents are not equipped with power outlets, but a charging station can be found in the main area.
The following is not included in the rate and for guests own account:
- all drinks,
- credit card transaction fee,
- transport arrangements to/from the camp, unless it is booked with reservations,
- the Timbavati conservation fee and vehicle entry fee,
- travel insurance,
- gratuities and,
- items of personal nature.

Please note, there is a gravel road leading to the accommodation. Guests are required to enquire about the condition of the road, before arrival, as it could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. A high-clearance vehicle is highly recommended.
