Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:

- Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.
House Rules
- Smoking is prohibited in the establishment (allowed outside and on deck areas only).
- The owner cannot be held liable for any personal injury, damage, theft of any property during the stay.
- The property must be left in an acceptable condition.
- A daily cleaning service is available on request and at an additional cost.
- Sifrandi is pet friendly strictly by arrangement only. Small, well-trained dogs may be permitted with prior notice.
Additional charges apply to the following:
- The property must be left in the same condition it was found. - All crockery and cutlery must be washed and packed away. - Rubbish must be placed in the outside bin. Should the house be left in a mess an additional cleaning fee will be invoiced to the guest.
- Damage to the property, breakages and loss of items belonging to the property will be invoiced to the guest.
- Guests will incur a penalty if the number of guests staying in the property exceeds the number of guests paid for as stated on the booking form. The penalty amount will be equal to the daily rate that the additional guests should have paid and will be invoiced to the guest.
