Breakage Deposit

- The complex is equipped with an elevator and a staircase in case of an emergency.
- The refundable breakage deposit is required by EFT, and must be paid directly to the property after your booking is confirmed. Bank details will be sent after. Proof of payment must be sent to the property direct.
- The breakage deposit will be refunded 48 hours after check out should nothing be broken or damaged in the apartment or within the property.
