Description
This unit is on the first floor with outside stairs and although it is in the same building, it's totally private from the bottom unit with a private entrance and easy access for guests wanting to use both units. The unit comprises 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a shower, kitchenette, enclosed balcony with table and chairs, and small electric braai. Linen, towels, electric blankets, air-conditioning, hairdryer, basic toiletries, and a TV with full DStv channels are available. There are also sufficient cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, dishwashing and cleaning products, insect repellents as well as sanitizers. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, cutlery, crockery and basic utensils. There is filtered water for drinking, tee and coffee are provided. No dish-washing facilities, but clean kitchen equipment provided as needed. Children between 0 and 7 years are not allowed due to the balcony and stairs. Safe off-street parking behind an electronic gate.

Description
The one-bedroom apartment is separate from the main house and the bedroom has air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, a queen-size bed and a single bed. An extra single bed is available for a fourth guest or second child in the sitting area. The bedroom and the bathroom, with a shower and separate toilet as well as a bathroom heater, can be separated from the rest of the unit with a door. Towels, linen, electric blankets, a hairdryer, steamer, iron and basic toiletries are provided. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a 2-plate stove, a hot tray, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. There are also sufficient cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, dishwashing and cleaning products, insect repellents as well as sanitizers. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table, and the lounge is equipped with a TV with full DStv channels and a DVD player. There is a private braai area with braai facilities. Garden chairs and a small private garden are located at the back of the apartment. Charcoal and fire-lighters are available on request at an additional cost.
