The Budget Studio is located behind the beach house and can accommodate 2 guests. It has an open-plan layout and contains a double bed, an en-suite fitted with a shower, a TV with OpenView channels, and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cutlery and crockery. Although the apartment does not have a sea view, it is only 10 metres away from the sea. The studio does have its own separate deck with braai facilities and a dining table and chairs that do offer awesome views over the ocean.

The studio opens to an outdoor deck with built-in braai with table and chairs to enjoy the full beach view.

The Seafront Beach House can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children, and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan lounge, dining area, and a kitchen. The first and second bedrooms each contain a double bed. These 2 rooms both lead to a shared en-suite bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds and a bunk bed. The second bathroom contains a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. The dining area contains a dining table and benches, and a sleeper couch. The lounge offers comfortable seating, a TV, and sea views. The house opens to a wraparound verandah with outdoor dining furniture and a portable and fixed braai.
